4. Intellectual Property

All content on EmbedPrep AI, including problems, interviews, and explanations, is owned by EmbedPrep AI or its content providers. You may:

  • Use content for personal learning and preparation
  • View, read, and analyze content for educational purposes

You may NOT:

  • Distribute, reproduce, or publish content without permission
  • Use content commercially
  • Sell or trade access to content

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct. You may also delete your account at any time through your profile settings.

6. Content Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate content, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free. Content is provided "as-is" for educational purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

EmbedPrep AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data or business interruption.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
